1. Interpretation
In this Application and Registration:
1.1 "#YBL Organisers" means Protea Glen Mall and Iyathile Events.
1.2 "Applicant" means the approved workshop attendee or exhibitor.
2. Application, registration and order confirmation
By completing the online registration form, the applicant declares himself familiar with the objective of the #YBL workshops and exhibition. They agree to be part of the workshops or to exhibit upon approval only those products and/or services, which come within the scope of the exhibition.
Application Period:
• Applications open from June 6 to June 13, 2024.
• Act quickly—only a limited number of spots available!
#YBL acceptance of an application represents a binding agreement with the Applicants of the workshop or exhibition for the stand space that are specified in the order of confirmation from the #YBL Organisers.
3. Eligible exhibits
Exhibits will be limited to companies or products approved by the #YBL Organizers. An approved company may exhibit products, equipment and services. All products, equipment and services must comply with rules and regulations.
Eligibility:
• Food and beverage businesses are not eligible for this showcase.
• All other business sectors are welcome to apply.
It is the responsibility of the Applicant to comply with all of the above rules and regulations. The #YBL Organiser's reserve the right to refuse or terminate the agreement at any time, if the Applicant does not comply with the regulations.
In the event that the #YBL Organisers refuse the exhibitor’s application, the agreement shall be terminated.
Selection Process:
• Our team will review all applications.
• Chosen applicants will be contacted directly.
• If you don’t receive a notification, consider your application unsuccessful for this round.
Showcase Details:
• Selected businesses will have the opportunity to display their brand at Protea Glen Mall.

• Reserve your seat to learn, connect, and grow—even if your business was not selected.
